摘要
随着互联网技术的成熟发展，信息化管理在各领域得到广泛应用。针对高校宿舍报修管理中存在的信息混乱、效率低下、安全性差等问题，本文设计并实现了一套基于微信小程序的宿舍报修系统。系统采用Java语言开发，使用MySQL数据库存储数据，结合SpringBoot框架和微信小程序技术，实现了报修流程的数字化管理。该系统具有操作简便、响应快速、安全可靠等特点，显著提高了宿舍维修管理效率，降低了管理成本。研究表明，移动互联网技术与传统报修管理的结合能够有效解决高校后勤服务中的痛点问题。
