VVenC

一些疑问

  1. 用 vvencapp 和vvenFFcapp 工具编码出来都没有 P 帧,分析命令行参数说明也没发现 P 帧的设置,用 elecard 工具分析,码流中 B 帧只有单向参考,并没有双向参考,细节和原理还需要进一步分析源码。
